Take the path marked by the Toluca Lake sign, inspect the red save square in the well, then continue into the graveyard.
Leave the graveyard through the gate along the left wall and stay on the route past the ranch and sawmill.
Read the note near the side entrance, climb through the open window, and take the Auto Parts Key from the desk drawer.
Exit through the office door and use the key on the red gate outside.
Before taking the right-hand trail, approach the blocked tunnel for an optional Glimpse of the Past.
Duck through the Restricted Area gate, keep right at the fork, and continue until James reaches Sanders Street.
